About me: Where it all started
I spent most of my working life in financial services. Honing my organisational skills, and understanding of complex rules and regulations. Communicating this to people with little understanding, in an interesting and accessible way, has been crucial to my success.
You can find out more about me on Linkedin and Instagram.
In 2014 I made a big decision

In 2014, I stepped outside the protection of corporate employment to set up my highly successful consultancy and training business. Helping insurance clients develop a customer focussed business.
I loved getting involved in all the elements of running my own business - from marketing, to pitching, to managing the finances and tax, alongside juggling projects. Creating interesting on-line training rekindled my love of story-telling.
During this time I wrote a few articles - why not take a look at my CII Journal and You Talk articles?

What I'm up to nowadays
I am often approached for guidance about setting up businesses and so decided to use my experience, planning geekiness and love of writing to share my knowledge of business planning with budding entrepreneurs.
I'm currently writing a book to help small business owners along the business planning journey so (other than the odd article) I won't be selling any writing or training services until this is done. If you want to follow my journey, get planning tips and be the first to know about my book, please sign-up for my newsletter.
